Since the introduction of 'Pathways to Inclusion' in 2001 the concept of Community Participation as a support has created much discussion.  This document provides a touchstone and common frame of reference for people with disabilities, their families and service providers.

Principles of Excellence for Employment Support

These principles have been developed to assist employers in the delivery of quality employment and support to disabled employees.  It is strongly recommended that Principles of Excellence be considered alongside Aiming for Excellence.
