The VASS Peer Mentoring project has been established for the purpose of providing support, guidance and advice to the senior management of member organisations. Any Full financial member of VASS is eligible to apply.

Applications to the Peer Mentoring Project must be targeted and specific. Areas of assistance may include, but are not confined to:

• Guidance and advice through periods of change
• Problem solving
• Restructuring
• Strategic Planning and direction
• Service Delivery Advise

Upon acceptance of your application VASS will attempt to place you with a mentor, who is also from a VASS member organisation. Every attempt will be made to find a mentor with suitable qualifications and experience in the areas in which you require assistance.
